You will absolutely not be disappointed with hiring TL Kearney to represent you. I interviewed and consulted with 4 different very capable reputable and experienced attorneys here in York - by far I learned quickly that TL was the above and beyond type attorney that I needed for my very difficult and... complicated case. ATTORNEY T. L. KEARNEY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I'M SO THANKFUL! I contacted Attorney T.L. to get help with a legal matter my son was facing. I was so stressed. I contacted the law firm, and he got back to me very fast. He asked me some questions about the situation, and I went for a consultation the next day. When we showed up he had already... started working on getting information, and speaking to important people about my son. He took the time to explain everything to us, and helped us figure out a plan of action. The first day I meant T.L. I can tell you I felt so confident that he was going to work hard for us, and he did! He was so professional, caring, and highly motivated to get my son the best results. I could always get in touch with him, and communication was amazing. He was with us every step of the way. My son felt so comfortable with him which was another reason that I knew he was the best. Need to be coached through a first-time DUI? Hire TL.

I left York Central Booking after a first-time DUI arrest confused, humiliated, and with no sense of what should happen next. TL created a detailed plan for me to enter the ARD program and have my record expunged, coaching me through each step and responding to every question immediately. He's profes...sional, thorough, supportive, and everything in my case occurred precisely as he predicted. Whenever I mentioned I was working with him everyone from you might call 'the DUI community' nodded with respect. Many referred to him as the best in town, and they're right. I once referred to him the shepherd, because he guided me when I felt lost. I unreservedly recommend TL Kearney.

Amazing lawyer!

When my husband and I first consulted and met with TL Kearney IV, we knew than and there that we wouldn’t find a better lawyer. Walking into his office, Kearney knew my husbands current case, and any priors. He was informative and none judgmental. This was my husbands 3rd DUI and he could have been f...acing 1-5 years in prison. It was a period of us feeling uneasy but, TL Kearney knew exactly what to do. He gave us the best/worst case scenario depending on my Husbands BAC results. He prepared us for what could happen and he assured us of what couldn’t. The process with TL Kearney was one of the easiest, we have used other lawyers in the past, but I have never encountered a lawyer who was so on point! TL Kearney was very easy to get ahold of and he always reached out as soon as something changed. I am so thankful for the results and so happy to say my Husband did 3 months for the new charge! If you need a lawyer who is compassionate, professional, and devoted to your case TL kearney is who you want!
