T.L. Kearney - Attorney

I had chosen T.L. to act as counsel in my defense against charges laid against me relating to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. With many years of experience working in criminal defense, T.L. has an developed an intimate knowledge of legal proceedings relating to cases such as mine and through ...his advice, I was able to achieve the best possible outcome. Throughout the entire process, I never once felt judged, or made to feel as though I was just a client. T.L. is passionate about the work he does and understands that even the most upstanding of citizens can, at times, find themselves cross with the law. He genuinely cared about my well being and worked hard to get my life back on track in as fast amount of time as possible. In addition, T.L. was easily accessible by phone or email and responded to all of my questions/concerns almost immediately upon my asking. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the services he provided, his professionalism, and the compassion he showed me during this difficult time of my life. For DUI or DWI related charges, I would say he is the best in the business and couldn't recommend him enough.

No wonder there are only 5 star reviews

I have the utmost respect for TL Kearney whom I hired to help me with two charges; one with the DA and one with DHS. I have worked with 5 divorce attorneys over the years. None of them helped me, communicated with me, and assisted me to near the extent in which TL did as an attorney. There was not on...e instance in this situation where I had a concern. I knew he was competent and he consistently and quickly answered all my questions, entertained my ideas, and treated me with respect. If you need a criminal attorney, he is hands down amazing!

Personal and Professional, a deeply committed and caring attorney

I reached out to TL because I wasn't happy with the guidance of a previous attorney. the plan that the laid out simply wasn't an option for me once I read up on ARD and talking with TL confirmed that. But, instead of offering me a bleak outlook he offered a way to get a head of everything and created... a path that lead to a good deal of hard work and a great deal of personal growth. If I had stuck with the previous lawyer I would have most likely gotten a harder sentence but I wouldn't have grown as a person. TL encouraged me to get involved in IOP early which is just one thing that made a great deal of difference. I need to state I was not an easy client to work with, I stuck my head in the sand over the work and the payment. TL was understanding but firm, a perfect combination of professional and personal. His work and presence instilled in me a sense of calm that was worth it and when we went to sentencing I was able to look the judge in the eye and answer his questions honestly not because I was coached but because TL laid the groundwork for me to change my life. So not only did he provide me with excellent legal service but he helped me come out so much improved. Thanks TL I can't sing your praises enough.

Works wonders with DUI cases

I reached out to him for help when my boyfriend got his second DUI. My boyfriend ended up hiring him and he managed to help keep him out of jail and got him the least amount penalties for his situation.

I admire your work ethic, and most of all excellent representation!

Hello, attorney T.L. Kearney represented me with my license suspension offense under a DUI. When I first consulted with him he was very well detailed with what could happen. I decided to hire him and I am very well pleased that I did. He always communicated with me the entire time and let me know wh...at I needed to do. He was very prompt with answering calls and returning them as well as emails. He is very friendly and polite. On the day of my hearing he explained everything to me in detail and we got very good results as well with my charge. I am very happy with him and I highly recommend him! You will not be disappointed. He is a very good attorney.
