Very honest and knowledgeable lawyer

I hired TL for my DUI, it was my first and I was extremely scared and had no idea what to expect. He put my mind at ease and helped me every step of the way and made sure I was successful in being accepted for ARD. His response to emails was extremely quick and ALWAYS made himself available for phone... conversations. I would highly recommend him for sure!!

Great attorney

Atty Kearney helped me out a great deal. He offered sound advice from the very beginning. I had consultations with other attorneys , none of them gave me the insight and game plan like Atty Kearney. He layed out the possibilities and articulated them to me very well. He does not bs or jive you. He le...ts you know what he can or can’t do. And lastly although I was charged with a crime , he didn’t treat me as a low life or criminal!

ATTORNEY T. L. KEARNEY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I'M SO THANKFUL! I contacted Attorney T.L. to get help with a legal matter my son was facing. I was so stressed. I contacted the law firm, and he got back to me very fast. He asked me some questions about the situation, and I went for a consultation the next day. When we showed up he had already... started working on getting information, and speaking to important people about my son. He took the time to explain everything to us, and helped us figure out a plan of action. The first day I meant T.L. Amazing lawyer!

When my husband and I first consulted and met with TL Kearney IV, we knew than and there that we wouldn’t find a better lawyer. Walking into his office, Kearney knew my husbands current case, and any priors. He was informative and none judgmental. This was my husbands 3rd DUI and he could have been f...acing 1-5 years in prison. It was a period of us feeling uneasy but, TL Kearney knew exactly what to do. He gave us the best/worst case scenario depending on my Husbands BAC results. He prepared us for what could happen and he assured us of what couldn’t. The process with TL Kearney was one of the easiest, we have used other lawyers in the past, but I have never encountered a lawyer who was so on point! TL Kearney was very easy to get ahold of and he always reached out as soon as something changed. I am so thankful for the results and so happy to say my Husband did 3 months for the new charge! If you need a lawyer who is compassionate, professional, and devoted to your case TL kearney is who you want!
