DUI

TL Kearney was very professional, attentive, and available every step of the way in representing my son in his DUI case. He provided us with excellent guidance on how to prepare for the hearing and thorough explanation of the process. Help with a speeding ticket

I hired TL to help with my 17-year-old son's speeding ticket. In the initial consult, TL was very helpful and professional. He clearly explained the process and what we could expect from him. Within a day he had already contacted the officer to discuss the case and come to a preliminary agreement.... Throughout the process, TL was helpful in answering questions and always got back to me quickly. In addition to fighting the ticket, TL had my son take an online driver improvement course. My son said it was very helpful. In the end, the ticket was reduced from 25+ over the speed limit to 5 over.

Great attorney

Mine was not a very difficult case, but Kearney was straight to the point and got everything resolved with the best possible turn out! Easy to speak with, great communication (phone calls, emails, texts,etc) My case was dismissed! If I would ever need an attorney again (let's hope not), I will defin...itely be calling him!

Very knowledgeable

TL did a great job representing me, explaining to me what was going to happen, and what I needed to do, to deal with, and get me through my DUI arrest .
