Very honest and knowledgeable lawyer

I hired TL for my DUI, it was my first and I was extremely scared and had no idea what to expect. He put my mind at ease and helped me every step of the way and made sure I was successful in being accepted for ARD. His response to emails was extremely quick and ALWAYS made himself available for phone... conversations. I would highly recommend him for sure!!

Great experience

Thomas reached out to me after I was referred to another partner at his firm. From our first conversation, he laid out the legal strategy for assuring my case does not show up as a misdemeanor and gets expunged. The plan went as he expected and by the time we went to court I knew the results. He got... me 30 day non reporting probation for 2 charges.

Excellent Attorney

Within a day of submitting the forum on their website about how I was looking for a lawyer, TL Kearney responded stating that he would be happy to help with my case. From the very beginning he took the initiative to help me understand what was happening, what I needed to do, and how to get it done. H...e made every step of the process crystal clear, answering every single question along the way. Whenever I could not understand something or had a billion questions, he responded right away and laid everything out in a way I could understand. He pushed me to get everything done in a timely manner, resulting in a favorable outcome. I could not have asked for a better lawyer to go through such a scary time with.

Worth every penny

TL Kearney got me through my DUI made me feel better about the situation I was in and was helpful even when I asked silly questions and forgot things he already told me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and hopefully I won't need him again but if I would I would absolutely pick him to represent... me in the future.
