Had my theft charge totally dismissed.

After receiving a charge for theft of immovable property, I was scared. I searched online and found an attorney review site and found Mr. Kearney and his reviews. I remember thinking how much sense it made to speak with someone who specializes in my specific issue. I was right and Mr. KEARNEY DISMISS...ED my case completely. He is a complete professional when advising you. I give him the highest respect and highly recommend him because of his honesty, sense of realistic expectations and a helpful nature.

Honest and straightforward

T.L Kearney didn’t let me down once throughout my entire case. He was very direct, and straightforward about what I needed to do on my end, as well as what would happen. He kept his word. Answered any questions I had at any time. & I was pleased with the outcome of the services provided.

Mr. Kearney was the right choice

I am very pleased with the representation that my son received from Mr. Kearney. I was sure that I wanted to retain his services from our initial e-mail communication. His responses were prompt, thorough, honest and informative. Mr. Kearney worked diligently to obtain the best possible outcome and hi...s expertise was apparent. Given the circumstances, I assumed that the best case scenario would be probation. However, my son’s charges were ultimately withdrawn and no further penalty was imposed. Great attorney

Atty Kearney helped me out a great deal. He offered sound advice from the very beginning. I had consultations with other attorneys , none of them gave me the insight and game plan like Atty Kearney. He layed out the possibilities and articulated them to me very well. He does not bs or jive you. He le...ts you know what he can or can’t do. And lastly although I was charged with a crime , he didn’t treat me as a low life or criminal!
