Professional and Kept us informed all the time

Mr. Kearney represented my son on several retail theft charges. Since my son was on probation it was a little more serious that just regular retail theft in the long run. After contacting the office in which Mr. Kearney works he called me back very timely. I did not have to wait several days for a... phone call. Mr. Kearney went over what he found out and explained everything to me 100%. Then he went to see my son in the correctional facility and went over everything with him as well. He visited him 2 times to keep him informed and also always keep me up to date as well. Since waiting for the legal system's slow wheels to turn the waiting and not knowing part if the hardest. He reduced my stress by always returning phone calls promptly and always called me when he had a update. Mr. Kearney worked hard to coordinate court dates into one as opposed to several. He was fair with his pricing and went way beyond to assist with what was needed at the local level to resolve our issues in district court. I have had to hire other very well know attorneys in the past and never ever received the same service as Mr. Kearney provided. We got very lucky to find TL. If you are shopping for a attorney look no further!! We had positive results with his work, but even if it did not go our way I would still feel the same regarding his professional attitude and his knowledge of the law. He was exceptional.

Great attorney to turn to when you don't know what to do

TL was very helpful throughout the entirety of my case. We met early on and he got me started straightaway. He was always available to answer my many questions and laid out everything that would be done/needed to be done. He was constantly on top of everything and worked to help me put my best foot f...orward. Also, very reasonable rates for comprehensive representation/service. I would highly recommend TL to anyone in need of an attorney for a DUI charge.

Worthy of the 5 star rating!

T.L. was always looking out for my best interest in his suggestions and directions. When I phoned him with any concerns or questions, he always answered my call. I never had to wait for a call back. T.L. knows the business and the people in the business. I would highly recommend T.L. to anyone wh...o is looking for an attorney who will treat you like you are his only client.

Highly recommended!

We were referred to Attorney Kearney by another attorney with whom I work. Attorney Kearney responded to my call quickly and had my son and I meet with him promptly regarding my son's case. When we met with him, he had already started to do research regarding our case with an ATV and its purpose in... agricultural use, to gather other case law regarding Mult-purpose Agricultural Vehicles. He gathered all the information, gave us detailed information about the steps he would take to file our appeal and kept us informed all through the process. I would highly recommend T.L. Kearney if you want a good, well respected, organized and personable lawyer. My son was very satisfied with his services.
