Best Case Ever

We hired TL Kearney to help with an adult child's criminal defense. He was highly recommended by trusted friends, answered his own phone when I called (I called a number of other firms, no other attorney answered directly), he was immediately helpful before asking for any payment, offered a fixed-pr...ice cost for each phase of the proceedings (which was amazing and affordable) and personally handled the case (as opposed to offloading it to paralegals) and was in frequent contact with immediate replies to questions. Despite the COVID-19 challenges, he kept the case moving swiftly and his relationships with the Stepping Up Committee and other agencies got our child the help he needed (and wouldn't have gotten otherwise), and the felony charge was reduced from down to a summary ticket and 90-day parole with the needed medical care a condition of parole. I give TL Kearney my highest recommendation.

Obtained ARD after DUI

TL gave me a specific list of obligations to complete after receiving a DUI charge. With his help, I was able to achieve a successful treatment certificate, CRN report, DUI classes certificate, and an arresting officer ARD reccomendation...all of which was pre-trial. Together, we obtained my acceptan...ce into the ARD program. Very quick to answer all calls and emails as well.
