Saved my life

TL came into my situation when it was a mess. I had a previous lawyer who had lied to me repeatedly and did not actually do any part of his job. Over the year and a half that I was being represented by my previous lawyer, information was not given to me, and communicating was difficult. Then I hire T...L Kearney. Immediately I felt reassured by his attention given to my case. While he was not able to undo all of the damage done by my previous lawyer, he was able to negotiate a plea deal that was better than I could have dreamt of. A weekend that I was stressed and had questions, TL responded to my email within a couple hours with a 10 paragraph response explaining everything. I could not recommend him enough, he saved my life. I went from possible jail time to not even serving any house arrest. He’s honest and gets the job done to get the best possible outcome.

Defense

I would recommend mr Kearney for criminal and other related cases. He is ver good at it. My experience dealing with him is excellent. He really take good care of a case and updated me on timely manners. I would definitely give him A* for his service.

DUI

Attorney Kearney has really impressed me from the moment I first contacted him in October 2020 up to this point in February 2021. All 3 of my court dates have gone extremely well. This is my first and only conviction, and Atty Kearney helped put my mind at ease by walking me through each step of an i...ntimidating and scary process while continuously staying proactive and ahead of the game from the very beginning. I highly recommend him and totally understand why his ratings are pretty much perfect across the board.

Couldn't be happier with the end result of my case.

I had a very old case from 2012. The judge referred to my case as "old as dirt" LOL. Mr.Kearney coordinated w/ adult probation and kept me informed every step of the way. I got FAST results. He even worked with me on the finance portion of his fees which was a HUGE help. Very on top of everything and... responded fast and efficiently to anything I asked. Mr Kearney is your definitely the man to get the job done!

Best Lawyer

I could not be more happier in TL did for my situation. Something that started off horrible and involved Felony charges ended up with a fine. TL’s experience in law is unlike no other. I highly recommend this gentleman for all your needs. I can’t express in words how happy I am with his performance... and positive attitude through the toughest time of my life!
