Possession and Paraphernalia

My girlfriend and I were charged with possession of a small amount and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Kearny consulted with the prosecution and got are charged reduced down to simple disorderly misconduct charges

Criminal charges

Kearney got the results I wanted, I had couple criminal charges on me, he got them all withdrawn, would very highly recommend him

Very knowledgeable

Throughout the entire process, I never once felt judged, or made to feel as though I was just a client. T.L. is passionate about the work he does and understands that even the most upstanding of citizens can, at times, find themselves cross with the law. He genuinely cared about my well being and worked hard to get my life back on track in as fast amount of time as possible. In addition, T.L. was easily accessible by phone or email and responded to all of my questions/concerns almost immediately upon my asking. Great lawyer!
