Simply the best attorney in the York area!

I was facing a DUI and a 3 count hit and run, and T.L. was able to get the DUI dropped. T.L was the voice of clarity in an otherwise stressful situation, while also simplifying the legal process into something very manageable. He does not give false promises, but he understands the law and how to bes...t go about obtaining the desired result. T.L was always on time for my court appearances, and was always cool and collected – which is a trait you want in your lawyer during times of internal panic. T.L is hands down the best attorney I could have asked for.

Great results

After to speaking to several lawyers I was frustrated and confused as to what my options actually were. After one conversation with Mr. Kearney I knew he was my guy. Came to t.l. with very little notice on pfa violation had consultation and new immediately he was the man for the job. Made me aware of all possible outcomes and did not beat around the bush, he went straight to work on the case and we came out on top with icc being withdrawn. Very good day. Thanks... again T.L.

Prepared and Knowledgeable

TL guided me through a spur of the moment PO Violation. He informed me of the steps I needed to take immediately to help clean up my case. He responded by email and phone promptly and was knowledgeable after we left the courtroom about what I still needed to complete.

a steady hand on the tiller

I recommend Attorney Kearney without reservation. His calm and knowledgeable way of addressing my situation gave me the confidence that I was in the right hands. The system is not logical or predictable, so having someone with the experience to navigate those words is critical. If you are reading ...this in a panic because you find yourself in a situation you never thought you would be in, this is the man to call. I was dealing with a drug charge, and he handled everything with the result being placed in the ARD program. He actually was so knowledgeable that he had me doing things in advance that allowed me to get ahead of the eventual ARD requirements, shortening the impact on my life.
