Smooth Process!

TL made my DUI arrest about as easy as it could be to wade the waters. He helped me have all of the information I needed, answered all of my questions, and had me over-prepared going into the hearing. As I was eligible for ARD, it was such a relief being accepted into the program knowing that I had a...lready completed all of the conditions of the program months in advance because of TL's advice and guidance.

Extremely knowledgeable

I recently became aware of an issue that occurred over a decade ago. Currently living 800 miles away, I contacted TL after researching lawyers in York County PA. I couldn’t have picked a better lawyer to represent me! He was extremely knowledgeable and understood my situation. I was nervous and shaki...ng when I first spoke through a Zoom meeting with the judge. TL did all the legwork for my case and I could continue with my daily life while not having to worry about a case that happened 16 years ago. This could have resulted in loosing my driving privileges as well as marks on my public record. In the end, I had peace of mind and nothing on my record! My husband and I are thinking of taking vacation time to meet the lawyer that helped myself out when he didn’t have to!

Great job

It was great working with Thomas Lincoln Kearney he is a fantastic lawyer and does the job great he helped me keep my Class B license and I would recommend him for anyone.
