Great

I was in serious need of a point reduction due to a speeding ticket and hitting the 6 point limit on my drivers license. Not only did T.L. Kearney get points taken off, he got them all taken off! If you need a great attorney and have some money for one I would definitely recommend him for anyone. He ...was very professional and communicated perfectly, it made the hearing and preparation for the hearing very easy and achievable. I am very grateful for him taking my case and handling it in the way he did. Nothing but positive things to say about him.

DUI situation

I am so glad that I spent the money to hire TL as my lawyer after my first and only DUI. I had already gotten a marijuana related charge expunged from my record long prior to my DUI. But this put me in a position where it was not likely that the DUI would be expunged. TL was honest with me throughout... the entire process and he was always responsive and clear in his communication. He never gave me false hope that the charge would be expunged. BUT, he did work some miracles. I was accepted into the ARD program and my DUI ended up being expunged from my record. At the time of my offense, I was so worried that I would be plagued with a criminal record forever. And had I just gotten a public defender, this very well may have been the case. I was 100% satisfied with TL as my attorney. If you find yourself in the same situation as I did, do yourself a huge favor and hire TL.

Excellent DUI Attorney

From the start, he was very accommodating to giving me the information I needed. He was also very prompt in returning my calls and answering all my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr Kearney to anyone with a DUI offence.

Excellent attorney

Mr. Kearney represented a family member who had very serious charges. He was able to work out a very good outcome for him under the circumstances, better than anything we expected. Any time I e-mailed him or called him with a question or for any reason he always got back to me immediately and kept... me informed. I would highly recommend Mr. Kearney to anyone needing legal representation.
