DUI

TL Kearney was very professional, attentive, and available every step of the way in representing my son in his DUI case. He provided us with excellent guidance on how to prepare for the hearing and thorough explanation of the process. He made us feel at ease with the process and any time we had a q...uestion, he responded immediately, which is something we very much appreciated. Best possible outcome achieved

I made a dumb mistake and Mr Kearny achieved the best possible outcome. He communicated very well and told me exactly what to do and it paid off. Worth every penny.

Help with a speeding ticket

I hired TL to help with my 17-year-old son's speeding ticket. In the initial consult, TL was very helpful and professional. He clearly explained the process and what we could expect from him. Within a day he had already contacted the officer to discuss the case and come to a preliminary agreement.... Throughout the process, TL was helpful in answering questions and always got back to me quickly. In addition to fighting the ticket, TL had my son take an online driver improvement course. My son said it was very helpful. In the end, the ticket was reduced from 25+ over the speed limit to 5 over.

Outstanding Outcome

My sons case was not just a run of the mill dui. It had many working parts and multiple felony/misdemeanor charges. TL did an amazing job negotiating with the police and the DA resulting in an outcome of fines and court costs only. When you are having a complicated surgery you hire the best doctor y...ou can find. When you have a complicated criminal case you hire TL.

One Heck of an Attorney!

First off let me start off by saying that Tom Kearney got me exactly what I wanted!!!!! I was charged with 3 citations: Driving under suspension, driving without insurance, and fraud license plate. One charge got dismissed, and the other 2 were reduced, so that I received NO LICENSE SUSPENSION! This... is all I wanted! And Mr Kearney got me exactly that! I cannot say enough good things about this man. He really cares about his clients! The man has worked on both sides of the fence and has relationships with our entire justice department. I would not hesitate to hire him again. In fact if I ever run into traffic/criminal citations again, I will be calling Mr Kearney! Thank you so much again for everything you have done!
