Great results

After to speaking to several lawyers I was frustrated and confused as to what my options actually were. After one conversation with Mr. Kearney I knew he was my guy. I got a fair deal and he walked me through everything. I entered the courtroom with confidence in my case and everything went exactly a...s he advised. Thorough, Ethical and Fair

The case Mr. TL Kearney handled for us lasted over 7 months. He tells it how it is, doesn't sugar coat it, tells you what you are facing and then finds the best way, for your situation, to represent you. He always kept us informed regarding the status of our case and what possibilities we could experience. It really felt like he cared about ...our situation and wanted to do everything he could. We truly appreciate all his time and perseverance knowing that without him representing our son the outcome would have been much different. We will be forever grateful! Piece of Mind

Having Tom (TL) Kearney IV, represent me was the best decision I could've made. He was very straight forward on the worst case scenario about my case. However, after representing me, we ended up on the best case scenario. He can be reached very easily via phone. He doesn't make promises, he can't del...iver. Having a couple of conversations over the phone , after my initial consultation, he was keeping me up to date on the proceedings of my case. With his experience and dedication, for myself, I had a piece of mind during my trying time in life. I hope I don't get into a situation that I would need him again. But, if I do? I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GO BACK TO HIM!!!!! Thanks TL, for everything.
