Great lawyer

After reading through reviews such as this one, I decided to hire TL to help with my DUI. TL explained all the steps of the process and helped get me placed in ARD.

It is so important in DUI matters to involve a local York County defense lawyer before you even receive your charges, as there are many proactive things you need to be doing right off the bat, which is exactly how you achieve ARD or other dismissals of the charges. Everyone who is stopped for a DUI should head this advice. You did, and as you saw it led to you being accepted into ARD and getting your charges dismissed and expunged. Thank you for the opportunity to represent you.

Clearly the best representation.

I recently had the pleasure of having T.L. Kearney represent me in my first DUI case. T.L. Kearney was able to reassure me that everything would go how we hoped it to go, and even went the extra mile to make sure I was placed onto ARD without any uncertainty. Excellent DUI and criminal attorney

I attained T.L. Kearney IV when I received my 4th DUI in August of this year. I have a lengthy criminal record and I was facing state incarceration because of my prior record score. Attorney Kearney was honest with me from the moment I met with him. He helped me with the process of completing the DUI... classes and getting into therapy by providing the list of places I could go. He spoke on my behalf sharing with the DA all the process I was making, classes I was attending, and the growth I had made since my DUI. I never felt judged by Attorney Kearney and would highly recommend him to anyone. My outcome from appearing in court in front of the judge with Attorney Kearney was far better then I thought and could have ever gotten without him. He fought for me whole heartily. His staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. I am very fortunate to have had Attorney Kearney and would hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing legal help.

Every situation comes with a backstory and a personal history. We are not here to judge our clients, and never do. That would only get in the way of developing the right attack strategies for the case, and sometimes that backstory is useful to incorporate into our individualized approach. Dui

I unfortunately got a DUI in March of this year. It was very embarrassing as I never thought I would ever be in this situation. I immediately went out looking for proper representation as I was very lost and scared for what was to come. I came across TL and contacted him. After speaking to him I felt... there was light at the end of the road. He made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I am from MD and luckily for me my DUI happened in PA and not MD. Our end goal was to get me accepted into the ARD program. He was successful in doing so for me and I am very grateful. If you have any legal issues I highly recommend getting the help from TL.

DUI situation

I am so glad that I spent the money to hire TL as my lawyer after my first and only DUI. I had already gotten a marijuana related charge expunged from my record long prior to my DUI. But this put me in a position where it was not likely that the DUI would be expunged. TL was honest with me throughout... the entire process and he was always responsive and clear in his communication. He never gave me false hope that the charge would be expunged. BUT, he did work some miracles. I was accepted into the ARD program and my DUI ended up being expunged from my record. At the time of my offense, I was so worried that I would be plagued with a criminal record forever. And had I just gotten a public defender, this very well may have been the case. I was 100% satisfied with TL as my attorney. If you find yourself in the same situation as I did, do yourself a huge favor and hire TL.
