Mr. Kearney is on top of his game from the get go. He was very responsive to my needs and did an excellent job representing me. Also, was very diligent in relaying information needed and explained expected outcomes - which he achieved! Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Obtained ARD after DUI
TL gave me a specific list of obligations to complete after receiving a DUI charge. With his help, I was able to achieve a successful treatment certificate, CRN report, DUI classes certificate, and an arresting officer ARD reccomendation...all of which was pre-trial.
