Had my theft charge totally dismissed.

After receiving a charge for theft of immovable property, I was scared. I searched online and found an attorney review site and found Mr. Kearney and his reviews. I remember thinking how much sense it made to speak with someone who specializes in my specific issue. I was right and Mr. KEARNEY DISMISS...ED my case completely. TL is professional and great at what he does!

Peace of mind when you make a mistake

Obtained ARD after DUI

TL gave me a specific list of obligations to complete after receiving a DUI charge. With his help, I was able to achieve a successful treatment certificate, CRN report, DUI classes certificate, and an arresting officer ARD reccomendation...all of which was pre-trial. Together, we obtained my acceptan...ce into the ARD program. Very quick to answer all calls and emails as well.
