Amazing lawyer!

When my husband and I first consulted and met with TL Kearney IV, we knew than and there that we wouldn’t find a better lawyer. Walking into his office, Kearney knew my husbands current case, and any priors. He was informative and none judgmental. This was my husbands 3rd DUI and he could have been f...acing 1-5 years in prison. It was a period of us feeling uneasy but, TL Kearney knew exactly what to do. He gave us the best/worst case scenario depending on my Husbands BAC results. He prepared us for what could happen and he assured us of what couldn’t. The process with TL Kearney was one of the easiest, we have used other lawyers in the past, but I have never encountered a lawyer who was so on point! TL Kearney was very easy to get ahold of and he always reached out as soon as something changed. I am so thankful for the results and so happy to say my Husband did 3 months for the new charge! If you need a lawyer who is compassionate, professional, and devoted to your case TL kearney is who you want!

FINALLY the stress ENDS!

I had gotten a dui a few months ago prior to having a few Driving while suspended on my record TL kept me updated and told me exactly what to do to approach my case luckily for him I avoided ALL jail time in worse case scenario I could’ve gotten a year incarseration. I would recommend T.L to anyone ...with a DUI charge or suspended license charge the reviews speak for them self! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Thanks to T.L I can still keep my business a flow , get a reduced suspension & keep my apt. I’m very thankful for his work and he is truly a blessing! I couldn’t thank him anymore for how much relief and stress he saved me. He always called back right away when I had a question even if it was a question I had already asked he still took his time and explained in detail what to do to stay proactive. Yes, there are some many important considerations (avoiding jail time that is otherwise mandatory by law, driver’s license suspension impacts, maintains employment, monetary, etc...) in DUI cases, which is why hiring a local attorney who focuses on criminal and DUI law is so so important. Getting started early and proactively significantly minimizes all of these considerations.

Great lawyer

After reading through reviews such as this one, I decided to hire TL to help with my DUI. TL explained all the steps of the process and helped get me placed in ARD.

It is so important in DUI matters to involve a local York County defense lawyer before you even receive your charges, as there are many proactive things you need to be doing right off the bat, which is exactly how you achieve ARD or other dismissals of the charges. Everyone who is stopped for a DUI should head this advice. You did, and as you saw it led to you being accepted into ARD and getting your charges dismissed and expunged. Excellent DUI and criminal attorney

I attained T.L. Kearney IV when I received my 4th DUI in August of this year. I have a lengthy criminal record and I was facing state incarceration because of my prior record score. Attorney Kearney was honest with me from the moment I met with him. He helped me with the process of completing the DUI... classes and getting into therapy by providing the list of places I could go. He spoke on my behalf sharing with the DA all the process I was making, classes I was attending, and the growth I had made since my DUI. I never felt judged by Attorney Kearney and would highly recommend him to anyone. My outcome from appearing in court in front of the judge with Attorney Kearney was far better then I thought and could have ever gotten without him. He fought for me whole heartily. Every situation comes with a backstory and a personal history. We are not here to judge our clients, and never do. That would only get in the way of developing the right attack strategies for the case, and sometimes that backstory is useful to incorporate into our individualized approach.
