Couldn't Have Asked For A Better Attorney

TL was able to give me peace of mind & handle my case thoroughly. He is an extremely generous attorney who will know exactly how to handle your case. He was able to drop my paraphernalia charge to a 30 day non-reporting probation period wI think court costs. He is very affordable and has powerful kno...wledge of the Justice System. I HIGHLY recommend him, he was great.

Simply the best attorney in the York area!

I was facing a DUI and a 3 count hit and run, and T.L. was able to get the DUI dropped. T.L was the voice of clarity in an otherwise stressful situation, while also simplifying the legal process into something very manageable. He does not give false promises, but he understands the law and how to bes...t go about obtaining the desired result. T.L was always on time for my court appearances, and was always cool and collected – which is a trait you want in your lawyer during times of internal panic. T.L is hands down the best attorney I could have asked for.

Great results

After to speaking to several lawyers I was frustrated and confused as to what my options actually were. After one conversation with Mr. Kearney I knew he was my guy. Life saver

I was completely at my wits end. I didn't know how I would beat this case. Found TL and with the little to absolutely no defense I had on my side, he was able to help me with my Court case. I was a hearing away from losing my license for a year but TL came through and reasoned with the officer and p...lead my case to the judge like a masterling lawyer. Quick, helpful and very much educated in the law. Highly recommend! !!

Professional and Kept us informed all the time

Mr. Kearney represented my son on several retail theft charges. Since my son was on probation it was a little more serious that just regular retail theft in the long run. After contacting the office in which Mr. Kearney works he called me back very timely. I did not have to wait several days for a... phone call. Mr. Kearney went over what he found out and explained everything to me 100%. Then he went to see my son in the correctional facility and went over everything with him as well. He visited him 2 times to keep him informed and also always keep me up to date as well. Since waiting for the legal system's slow wheels to turn the waiting and not knowing part if the hardest. He reduced my stress by always returning phone calls promptly and always called me when he had a update. Mr. Kearney worked hard to coordinate court dates into one as opposed to several. He was fair with his pricing and went way beyond to assist with what was needed at the local level to resolve our issues in district court. I have had to hire other very well know attorneys in the past and never ever received the same service as Mr. Kearney provided. We got very lucky to find TL. If you are shopping for a attorney look no further!! We had positive results with his work, but even if it did not go our way I would still feel the same regarding his professional attitude and his knowledge of the law. He was exceptional.
