Excellent & Thorough

From the first phone call to the day of my hearing TL was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of. He offered great advice throughout the process, clarified things I wasn’t sure of and guided me on a path to ensure the best possible outcome. My final meeting befo...re my hearing, I could tell he was well prepared for all possible outcomes. I left his office feeling confident that whatever was to happen he knew how to tackle it. TL is a strong, thorough lawyer who will work to get you the best possible outcome. I can attest to that personally with my case.

Mr. Kearney was the right choice

I am very pleased with the representation that my son received from Mr. Kearney. I was sure that I wanted to retain his services from our initial e-mail communication. His responses were prompt, thorough, honest and informative. Mr. Kearney worked diligently to obtain the best possible outcome and hi...s expertise was apparent. Given the circumstances, I assumed that the best case scenario would be probation. However, my son’s charges were ultimately withdrawn and no further penalty was imposed. I am very grateful for Mr. Kearney’s dedicated service.

Excellent Services

TL Kearney assisted me with a citation I received after an accident. He provided me great advice even when I was just consulting with him, but once I hired him, he took immediate action on my case and kept me up to date as the process progressed. TL Kearney

In a very uncertain case, with very unique circumstances, that could have carried very steep penalties, TL was a complete professional throughout the entire process, going the extra mile to make sure I understood every detail in complete clarity. Not that every case is the same, but I walked away fr...om my charges with a mandatory minimum! I couldn't have asked for a more professional attorney. I would and will highly recommend TL and his firm to anyone facing serious penalties. Or even just in need of a professional, thorough, well respected attorney.

Great attorney

Atty Kearney helped me out a great deal. He offered sound advice from the very beginning. I had consultations with other attorneys , none of them gave me the insight and game plan like Atty Kearney. He layed out the possibilities and articulated them to me very well. He does not bs or jive you. He le...ts you know what he can or can’t do. And lastly although I was charged with a crime , he didn’t treat me as a low life or criminal!
