Best Lawyer I've ever had

On Christmas, I was charged with multiple serious traffic infractions and was facing consequences that would have harshly impacted my future. TL Kearney was the second lawyer to reach out to me after they returned to the office, but I was so impressed during our phone call that I decided my best cou...rse of action was hiring him for my defense. Immediately he had a plan of action. His experience is unmatched. He was able to work with the police and the judge to come to an agreement that lessened the harsh impact of my charges but still allowed for justice to be done. TL Kearney was able to answer all of my questions I had on the phone and responded to all my emails within the hour. He genuinely cares about his clients and is committed to achieving a positive outcome for their cases. I hope I will never need his services again, but if I do find myself in hot water again, he is my first and only choice of representation. Thank you TL Kearney for saving my future.

Great Communication

I hired attorney T.L. Kearney to assist me with fighting a traffic ticket due to an accident I was in. From the day that I hired him to the day that court was over the communication was very clear and proactive. It is clear that he is very well educated and has the experience to back up his education.... He took the extra step to ensure that we got the result we were looking for. Personal and Professional, a deeply committed and caring attorney

I reached out to TL because I wasn't happy with the guidance of a previous attorney. the plan that the laid out simply wasn't an option for me once I read up on ARD and talking with TL confirmed that. But, instead of offering me a bleak outlook he offered a way to get a head of everything and created... a path that lead to a good deal of hard work and a great deal of personal growth. If I had stuck with the previous lawyer I would have most likely gotten a harder sentence but I wouldn't have grown as a person. TL encouraged me to get involved in IOP early which is just one thing that made a great deal of difference. I need to state I was not an easy client to work with, I stuck my head in the sand over the work and the payment. TL was understanding but firm, a perfect combination of professional and personal. His work and presence instilled in me a sense of calm that was worth it and when we went to sentencing I was able to look the judge in the eye and answer his questions honestly not because I was coached but because TL laid the groundwork for me to change my life. So not only did he provide me with excellent legal service but he helped me come out so much improved. Thanks TL I can't sing your praises enough.

Amazing work

Excellent Lawyer; Made Everything Clear and Stress-free

T.L. was an amazing lawyer and I am glad that I chose him (all thanks to reviews on sites like this one). I was in an interesting predicament with my DUI case that had the chance to be very heavy on the punishment. It was a very stressful situation for me and I was nervous about a lot of things. T....L. was able to explain things very clearly, answered my emails and texts very quickly and was just all around amazing to work with. DUI is a stressful situation and he made it so much easier on me. He was able to get me the less severe sentencing and was open with everything. He got me on track to start being proactive and getting all the necessary items and documentation out of the way before court. He was awesome and I got nothing but pleasant things. He is worth it and would highly recommend!
