ROBERT CLOFINE wasborn on May 30, 1956 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a 1978 cum laude graduate of Villanova Universityand a 1982 cum laude graduate of the University ofPittsburgh School of Law, where he served on the Law Review.Â

In May 2000, Mr. Clofine became the 6th Pennsylvaniaattorney to be Certified as an Elder LawAttorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). NELF is the onlyorganization accredited by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to offer acertification in elder law. There are still fewer thana 40 Pennsylvania attorneys whohave received this certification.
