Prior to entering private practice, I worked at the Northampton County

District Attorney’s Office as a Chief Prosecutor of the Drug Unit. While

in the District Attorney’s Office, I was cross-designated as a

Special Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting drug cases in

Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I worked

as a Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney

General. In my ten years as a prosecutor, I prosecuted drug

cases, serious felonies including homicide cases, conducted grand jury

investigations and violations of the wiretap act.  I now focus my practice in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense.

I would give Michele many more stars if i could, Michele worked on our custody case for over 2 yrs. Michele is upfront with everything and explains how everything works. Most attentive and caring lawyer I’ve met
When I came to Mrs. Kluk I was very confused about my case with CYS and couldn’t get any clarification of where I stood with my son. Mrs. Kluk Was more than happy to talk to me on the phone for over an hour every time I spoke to her to explain in detail everything that I was worried about I had concerns over. She was in contact with the people that needed to be in a very timely manner and was very easy to speak with. She was a very caring and nice woman especially in my situation. I would highly recommend her 10 out of 10

Great lawyer
I hired Michele for a child custody case. She was very personable during our initial consultation and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was very thorough with my case and tried her best to use my retainer wisely when going through case related documents. The Best
Over the course of my custody saga, I've worked with about a dozen lawyers (hired a few, consulted a few more) . Attorney Kluck is the first I've been truly impressed with and 100% satisfied with the results. Honestly, before working with her I reasonably developed a cynicism that all family law attorneys were dirty players to an extent and family law was a dirty game for the most part. But Michele was so professional, personable, accessible, and so competent it made me realize there is just a disparity between great lawyers and the rest. Michele Kluck, with her experience and talent, is one of the greats. She listened, she knew her plan, she reeled me in when needed and she got the exact results we were going for while never getting mean, ugly or instigating in any way. If I may, I'd say especially how it happened, it was a blessing from The Lord that I ended up referred to her. I'd write much more but I don't want to make this seem disingenuous by being too complementary, even though she deserves it. So I'll sum it up by saying, if you hire Michele Kluck, you're putting yourself at a great advantage so it is worth it. If you dont, you are taking the risk she'll be representing the other party which is probably something you don't want. Good luck and God bless.

Love her!
I was feeling very lost on how to handle child custody because I had such a terrible relationship with my daughters father. She was very patient, answered all of my questions, gave me several options, and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions every step of the way. I felt very confident giving her the good, the bad, the ugly in order for her to help me. Plus, she followed up with my case months after it was over to make sure I was still ok. I hope I don’t have to hire a lawyer again, but I would hire her if I had to!

Definitely worth the recommendation
Attorney Kluk was professional and kind. I hired her immediately. The same day she arranged for hand delivery of documents to the court to get my case expedited (due to specific circumstances). I have had 2 other attorneys in the past that, while professional, lacked her sense of urgency and understanding. I would hire her again without thought.
