My case went on for over 2 years and David mueller was by side the entire time. He went through all the avenues possible and went over all the options with me in detail. He explained everything to me in detail and gave me my best option. Any questions I had he answered them and was always available. He did what was for my best interest. Thank you so very much for all that your office and especially David did to help me. I could not have asked for better representation for my case. I began this experience with regrets and uncertainties, but David in his caring and understanding ways took me by the hand and walked with me through the fire!! He never left my side and was very thoughtful in his responses to my sometimes erratic behavior. I recommend him and your office with everything that I am.
Thank you David Mueller,
And don't forget pork and sauerkraut for New Years.

In February I was I was charged with possession and other counts including two driving offences, David was able to have the misdemeanors turn into a summery offence, and the driving offences into a fine with no points on my CDL, He stuck with me thru expungement. He is very professional (patient, knowledgeable and fair) he is someone I would recommend to anyone. Thanks David, Sincerely

Dave was absolutely phenomenal for me, my family and my case. I would give him 10+ stars if possible!
My case, like many others, was unique. I was wrongfully charged with a DUI, but I put myself in a *very* bad situation (needing Dave) - looking at a minimum of a year in jail.
These are my personal experiences with Dave and the courts...
Dave did everything that a "typical" attorney might do - make you feel comfortable with the process. He told me about the procedures, the logistics and my personal options. Dave did everything that you would expect from a top attorney.
But, Dave did much more...
My case was strange in that the prosecutor likely felt that she had a "slam dunk" case against me (based on police reports). Dave and I met several times to discuss the actual truth of what happened. Dave negotiated a good deal with the prosecutor (one that would have kept my job, my house and my family), but I was unhappy that the "deal" seemed way too harsh for not actually committing the crime. The "deal" was for me spend 3 months in jail, and then another 9 months house arrest. I would likely (but knowing law enforcement...) keep my job, but it would be tough on my family. I declined the "deal"... [It was a good deal, but I took a gamble to proceed to trial].
We went to court - the whole jury thing. Not fun, and very , very stressful. Dave was perfect. He laid out the case better than I could imagine (I'm a smart guy, and Dave impressed me! I couldn't have come up with his angles!).
Ultimately, the judge almost threw out the case (based on Dave's well-crafted, but true arguments). So, we went to the jury. I cannot begin to communicate how well Dave was prepared for the defense and for final arguments. He crushed it! He was playing chess while the prosecution was playing (not even checkers, but) tiddly-winks.
We won - not guilty on all accounts. I keep my family, my house and my job!
My family is happy!
PS: In a strange way, I started being concerned that the jury was going to bias me for having a "too rich" attorney - meaning that the jury might think that I was rich enough to afford Dave. I'm not a rich guy. Dave was well worth the money, and he portrayed himself as a High $$ guy, when he wasn't.
I hope that this helps you understand my personal experience, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dave as a thoughtful and diligent attorney!

I had a great experience with this lawyer. He explained everything in detail honestly and professionally. He also did what he could to get the best possible outcome for my case. Me and my family greatly appreciate everything he has done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for strong counsel.

I had the pleasure of consulting and hiring David for my case. David gives good advice and he is pleasant to work with. I would recommend David to anyone who needs consulted or needs an attorney to hire for a case. David is a great lawyer, and he knows what he is doing. In contacting David for my case(DUI), he was prompt to get back with me, where by phone or email. If it's a first time offense, no need to worry he will explain what you need,.... With that Said, Contact "David Mueller", to be your consultant and/or hired lawyer.

My first experience with being charged with an offense was tramatic to me and my daughter (falsely charged I might add) and David Mueller was the first time I contacted an attorney. He immediately explained my situation according to the law, calmed me down by reassuring me of what to expect and what not to worry about, and did so in the most professional and protective manner. My emotional state of mind weny from panic to peace in one phone call. He took care of m situation without a court case and spared me and my precious 13 year daughter having to endure an uncomfortable hearing by negotiating my situation which ended up being expunged. I highly recommend David Mueller because he is a knowledgeable, perceptive, professional to handle your legal needs and put your mind at rest that you are in the best possible hands in a trying life situation.

I paid him 5k and got 5 bucks worth of service. The worst part is he never believed me and he never was on my side of justice. I told him I was being abused by prison guards and was told it was me and not them. I later found out that the woman who sent to prison with her many lies had worked at the prison for over a decade and told her close friend who she also grew up with and other friends who were still working at the prison to single me out, harass, abuse and put me into solitary confinement without water, food, clothes or help of any kind. I was all alone and horribly scared but all I got was complete injustice and I paid 5k to get legally screwed. I never stood a chance with an attorney that didn't believe in me but especially hearing my accusers lie and exaggerate against me on the stand under oath, I knew I had to hire another attorney and take a plea deal so I could get the heck out of PA ASAP. My accuser also 302 me which was so convenient for her because she works at York Hospital and is in charge of mental patients who are needing to get 302 charges approved and signed off by the doctor in charge. From start to finish I was "Gang stalked" by my accusers neighbor friends, her past and present co-workers, a bad cop (also another personal and close family friend of hers), a corrupt HOA board and many others.

Dave is a very good attorney he kept me updated every step of the way. I was facing a Misdemeanor small amount of marijuana charge/paraphanila that would of had my license suspended dave got that down to a disorderly conduct summary offense Which avoided probation and drug classes and license suspension! He got exactly what i asked for!

Mr. Mueller was extremely helpful in helping me receive a fair and favorable outcome to my 2nd D.U.I case. He was very hands-on and did an excellent job. I would recommend him! He made sure the Judge and DA knew all the steps I had taken to change my life since the DUI occurred.
