Jim Bach graduated from Mount Carmel Catholic High School in 1963. While in High School, Jim played varsity baseball and football. Jim played for the late Coach Bob Oravitz who rated him as “the best schoolboy center in the State”. Jim’s post-season honors included being named to the All Catholic, All Anthracite, All State and Pennsylvania Big 33 teams. After his senior football season, Jim was recruited by many Division I schools, including Penn State, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Miami, Nebraska, Southern Cal, Texas, Pitt, Michigan, Michigan State, Colorado, West Virginia, Alabama, West Point, and Ohio State.  

Jim attended the University of Colorado on a full football scholarship. He also played football in the U.S. Army and was named “Player of the Year” after the 1966 season. Jim’s most memorable and rewarding football experience was playing in the Pennsylvania Big 33 Classic in Hershey, PA.  

After graduating from college, Jim attended Samford University Law School and today is a prominent Attorney with a general practice in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Atty James M Bach
After my consultation with Atty Bach, Jim advised me of the pro and cons of a Chapter 7 . TWO THUMBS WAY WAY UP!
I couldn't be happier with this group of people. I was beyond terrified when I called and never thought I would say the words "I'm filing for bankruptcy", but Camille and James kept me sane and reassured me (millions of times) that everything was going to work out and that bankruptcy isn't something to fear. My case was super simple and was over before I knew it. I can't say enough amazing things about this team.

Great law team! Great people!
I was so nervous to go through the process of bankruptcy before we walked into Mr. Bach's office, but when my husband and I walked in, Camille's friendly demeanor put me instantly at ease. She took care of EVERYTHING. Mr. Bach was very friendly, as well, and explained to us exactly how the court preceding would go so when it was time to go to court, we were confident and full of hope for the future. Excellent Bankruptcy Attorney
