I hired Dean to represent me for a DUI. From beginning to end, Dean did just as a he said. He did not guarantee any particular result. He told me what he expected to happen and he achieved that result.

As others have said, Dean is well-respected by the other lawyers, prosecutors, and police officers.

I hope I never have to hire a lawyer in the future. But if any one of my friends is in trouble, I will recommend Dean!

Dean carefully explained every aspect of my case and provided me realistic expectations regarding the process. He never over-promised, nor did he make me feel like I was just a number. He allowed me to make the decisions that were important to my case.

I spoke with a lot of attorneys before hiring Dean. Some tried to get me to take my case to trial. I found out later that they have to take a certain number of cases each year to trial to be a part of some organization.

Others wanted me to just accept ARD and get it over with. I found out later that they wont take any DUI case that is not ARD.

The materials Dean provided to me throughout the case demonstrated his expert knowledge of DUI law.

Dean has a charming personality and an incredible sense of humor. He always made feel at ease even during court sessions when I felt like I wanted to just give up. He had a great rapport with the judges, the prosecutors, the police, and the court staff. At court, the judge and the arresting officer told me I was very lucky to have Dean. I could not agree more! When he spoke with the prosecutor, it was clear that the prosecutor respected and accepted his opinion without question.

Dean was always available through email. His assistant, Ashley, was always pleasant on the phone and went out of her way to make sure I spoke with Dean at a time that was mutually convenient (no phone-tag). When the time came for a call, he called exactly at the scheduled time. He valued my time.

Dean is a great lawyer and I feel like I had a friend in the courtroom. I highly recommend his services.

Dean Morgan is without a doubt the best DUI Lawyer in Pennsylvania. His extraordinary breadth of knowledge and experience sets him apart from any other lawyer.

He tells you that he is different. More importantly, he shows you that he is different. He practices exclusively in the area of DUI Defense.

When I first spoke with Dean, I was impressed with his confidence. More importantly, I was impressed with his willingness to share information with me. Unlike other lawyers who refused to give me information until I came to their office, Dean and his assistant Ashley, immediately took an interest in my case.

Ashley asked me a series of questions and seemed genuinely concerned about my case. She let me tell my story but then asked questions I would have never thought of. Each, it seemed was important.

When Dean spoke with me, he gave me a thorough review of my options as well as his opinion. I felt confident in hiring him immediately. To his credit, he asked that hold off until I spoke with other lawyers. There was absolutely no pressure.

Dean immediately emailed me a legal guide, a copy of his case results and client reviews, and other information. No other lawyer has he knowledge.

In court, he was outstanding. He achieved much more than I could have ever hoped for. He went the extra mile to speak with my employer and save my job.

In the courtroom, other lawyers approached him and asked him questions. It is clear that he is an expert in his field. I have the opportunity to meet other clients who were in court the same day. All were very happy to have Dean as their lawyer. One even hugged him! Who hugs their lawyer? More importantly, how many lawyers do you know that would be worthy of a hug? Dean is!

I am very happy that I hired Dean. He is a straight-shooter. He is intelligent. He is a specialist in what he does. If you have been charged with DUI, you should hire Dean Morgan.

I found Dean online. I had received letters from numerous "criminal defense" lawyers who would handle my DUI. Every single one of them told me there was no hope. i would either enter ARD or I would be convicted.

I went online to Dean's online DUI Case Evaluation website. Within 10 minutes, I completed the online form and clicked "send." Within an hour, I received a comprehensive case evaluation as well as a free legal guide, client reviews and case results, as well as a fee agreement. I was overwhelmed with the amount of information he provided for free. There was no pressure to hire him. I felt that he was not going to send me to a pre-determined outcome and I was right!

I spoke with his assistant, Ashlee. She was kind and understanding during our initial phone call and throughout the process. After hiring Dean, he provided me with a specific information about the next step. He also made it clear that I could contact him at any time. I did contact him several times by email. He always responded within minutes, even on Saturday or in the evening.

Ultimately, Dean was able to achieve a great result.

In the courtroom, I watched him interact with police officers as well as prosecutors. They listened to him closely as he explained the technical aspects of the law and science of DUI that ultimately led them to conclude that one of my charges should be dropped. This saved my driver's license and I am sure it saved my career.

During two court appearances, I also noticed that other lawyers approached Dean to ask his advice. He looks young, but his knowledge and experience as a police officer, prosecutor, and defense attorneys seems well-respected by all in the courtroom.

I would be remiss if I did not mention one other thing. My employer threatened to fire me for being arrested for DUI. Dean took the time to send my employer a letter explaining the process. In the letter Dean noted, "a DUI is not a reflection of character. Very few people can honestly say that they have never operated a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol. Anyone who consumes more than one beer before driving could find themselves in this position." My boss said this was the line that convinced him to keep me. It is also one thing that makes Dean special. He is not a "criminal defense lawyer." He is a DUI Defense lawyer. There is a big difference.

I owe everything to Dean Morgan. If you have been arrested for DUI or for a vehicle-related offense, I encourage you to hire Dean. He is the best!

Absolutely sensational results. He is responsive. He is knowledgeable. He is experienced. I felt like he really had a handle on my case from the start. The officer even told me that Dean is one of the best in the area. I am so happy I hired him.

Dean took care of everything I needed for my case. I basically had to show up. He kept me informed the entire time and made the whole process very painless.

This guy is all talk, and will tell you he's not in it for the money when it's so clear that he is. Unprofessional and suspect on all his credentials based on this experience.

He tells me that in my situation it was suitable to go to preliminary hearing so he could go in and review the officer's paper work procedure to see if the officer had done anything irregular or illegal so we could see if we should fight the case or go on with the ARD program. In his emails he goes in great detail how extensive his knowledge is in the DUI field and his expertise gathered from seminars hosted around nationally. This guy not only shows up 30 minutes late keeping the officer and the judge waiting, but goes into the room for only a few minutes. He says he specializes in the DUI field and probably tells all his clients his extensive classes he took at these conferences, but don't be fooled. We met right after and his half ass attitude about the whole thing was underwhelming. He briefly tells me we could fight it, then changes and says its not a bad idea to go ARD because your BAC is low. Tells me officer did the sobriety test correctly on me. What was funny was he spent more time telling me why he was late then actually telling me how he just wasted my first $600 to him for coming to a preliminary hearing that he came late and did absolutely nothing prior, during and after the preliminary hearing. It concluded by him telling me if I wanted to continue his service it would be another $600 more. I had asked him to negotiate the next retainer fee but it was denied and said I was free to find other legal advice.

Why did this man show up late to my court date when I paid the 650 retainer fee? He says he was in a courthouse and overheard a lady who didnt have an attorney to defend her when the prosecutor/judge was going after her for something ridiculous. So he pretty much goes on to defend her in court, who didnt pay a dime, yet comes late to a client who paid money for your service. Go figure. And don't expect emails from him unless its about payment plans. Once i paid I was the one to initiate any type of communication (has payment been received, can you give me a call, what is the next step).

"When you retain me, you can be assured that I will be focused on your case, not searching for the next client. I would be happy to meet with you as often as necessary after being retained. "
"To ensure the most efficient use of our time/efforts, I do not offer in-person meetings until after I am retained. To fully understand our services and the reason why our clients consistently report their satisfaction (including 100% communication satisfaction and 99% overall satisfaction)"

Forest Dean Morgan’s response: “David, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. However, I believe it would be appropriate to fully inform the reader of your circumstances. Prior to retaining me, you received a comprehensive case evaluation. You quoted this in your review. You received a 40 page legal guide. You received a copy of our case results and client reviews. You received our fee agreement. You were fully advised of your options, including the option to not hire a lawyer if you wished to pursue ARD. You were given the option of hiring me for the entire process or merely for the preliminary hearing. On August 15th, you hired me for the PRELIMINARY HEARING ONLY. This means, after the preliminary hearing, you ceased to be my client. On August 15th, a letter was sent to your address confirming receipt of the payment and my representation. You were provided a copy of the document "Preliminary Hearing Answers." You were advised, "Should you have any questions or concerns, I encourage you to contact me. " During the time between retention and the preliminary hearing, my clients are free to speak with me at a time of their choosing. All they have to do is ask. In fact, many of my clients take advantage of this. YOU NEVER ASKED. Your hearing was scheduled for September 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Due to time constraints imposed in Lancaster County regarding ARD Applications, an unavoidable scheduling conflict occurred. I attended a hearing for another (paying) client at a nearby location. That hearing was scheduled for 9 a.m. Unfortunately, a number of unrepresented individuals were scheduled for 8:45. Because they were unrepresented, their process took longer. To move my client's forward, and to do, as we all should expect lawyers to do, I provided pro bono services to an unrepresented person who would otherwise have been screwed by the system. Interestingly, you find fault in this. I think most of my clients (as identified in the 11 5-star reviews) would say this in consistent with my approach to the law. I helped someone who needed help without concern for money. I did apologize to you and to the court for my tardiness. The judge was understanding as was the officer. Until this moment, 3 months later, I thought you were as well. With respect to your case. Your BAC was low. ARD would result in no loss of license and no conviction. Whereas, going to trial in front of a judge sitting alone, would likely result in a conviction which would remain on your criminal record until you are 70 years old. You were advised of your options and you were told that the choice was yours. You have correctly identified that I did nothing for you after the preliminary hearing. As stated above, you only paid for the preliminary hearing. After the preliminary hearing, you were no longer my client. It appears you are under the mistaken impression that I should do work for free. Interestingly, it appears that although you express dissatisfaction over my performance at your hearing, you acknowledge that you subsequently wanted to hire me. Why? Unfortunately, you sought a discount. Let us not forget that you drive a 2014 2014 Mercedes Benz E350. We can agree that you are not suffering from any substantial financial hardship that would necessitate a discount.. We can also agree that the fee I charge pays for my outstanding assistant's salary, my overhead, and most importantly, the food that my children eat. Therefore, your attempts to "negotiate" were met with a denial. Any lawyer without the spine to compromise on something as important as his own fee likely lacks the spine to effectively represent someone in court. And again, we must note that you drive a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350. Hardship does not exist. You correctly state that you were advised of the opportunity to find other counsel. You did. I wish you well.”
