Good News
Had gotten a DUI at the end of junior year. Was having many concerns because I had gotten an internship across the country in a state were I needed to drive to work every day. He was able to push my court dates back until senior year, so I would be able to have my license for my first internship. This gave me peace of mind! And my internship never found out about my DUI. Come senior year, he was able to get me ARD and my license was only suspended in PA for less then 6 months when it was supposed to be more. Considering all the substances (CLASS I included) in my body at the time arrested, this was great news. Ronald Saupe then took care of my expungement process. I graduated from college and considering I travel for work a lot, Ronald Saupe has been very patient with me and how long I take to respond sometimes. He said he mailed me my expungement papers (at my mother’s address) but they were returned to him. I did see that email the same day and gave him a new address (and offered if he can scan them and email them to me), and I still never received them. I will contact him today again via email and ask for them again. This is the last important thing I need so I can forget about this incident. This was all done for a reasonable price too!

Got me into ARD program, although he never guaranteed it he was pretty confident and cool. Was very responsive and helped consult free before being hired. Would recommend to anyone in State College and for the price is the best you can find. Thanks Mr. Saupe

Excellent Service at a Very Fair Price (Contracts & Agreements)
Ron helped me with a very very complex business deal that had many moving parts. I was extremely impressed with his promptness, professionalism, and knowledge. Ron Saupe is the lawyer for you
I was having trouble with my previous landlord who was trying to charge me money for false fees and evicted me from the property. Ron represented me and I was very impressed with how much research and work he did in order to make sure I had a strong case. He charged an affordable rate and was very helpful throughout the entire process. The hearing went very well and the judgement worked out in my favor. Professional and Hardworking. Will Fight For You
Mr. Saupe was able to provide me with ARD when it had already been denied to me. He talked and argued with the DA's for over 2 hours during my pre trial hearing just to drop misdemeanors from my plea deal. The next time we talked he told me I had gotten ARD. The chances of this, considering the serious nature of the charges (one being a first degree misdemeanor), was very low. Yet he pushed them over the brink. For that, I thank him.

A lawyer that cares
I hired Mr. Saupe to defend me in an altercation that occurred outside of Canyon Pizza, He understood and believed that I was not in the wrong when pegged for this altercation. Mr. Saupe was able to get my Simple Assault charge dropped and watch a surveillance video with myself and the officer before my preliminary hearing. He is truly a good guy.

Fake ID in State College PA
I had a unique case and Ron told me what he thought about it right away. He leaned towards the conservative side in his predictions but ended up winning the whole case. He was easy to talk to and I felt like he was really looking out for my best interests. Ron is very experienced when dealing with the police and students in State College.

Great Lawyer
Ron handled my underage / public drunkenness case very well, and was able to get my public drunkenness charge dropped and on its way to being expunged. Would hire again for any future (however unfortunate) incidents.

Did a great job! Would definitely recommend.

Awesome attorney for State College area!
Ron was a great attorney! I recently received a citation for public drunkenness and he got the judge to drop the charge in return for some community service hours. Ron was very responsive and definitely knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Mr. Saupe to anyone in the State College area.

Great Lawyer
Mr. Saupe wasted no time at all getting on top of my case. I felt that he was very honest and helpful through the whole process. Everything that he said would happen did happen. I do not want to have to make anymore visits to Mr. Saupe in the sense that I dont want to have any more legal issues. But I would definitely recommend Mr. Saupe over any other lawyer in the State College area.

Ron Saupe - Landlord/Tennant Matter
Ron was very knowledgeable and familiar with local laws regarding our landlord/tennant matter. He took our case with little notice and appeared in court on our behalf very well prepared. Great Lawyer, State College
Ronald Saupe helped me when I got charged with public drunkenness and an underage. He was very informative and great to talk to. He knows a lot about the area and has a lot of great ideas for PSU. Mr. Saupe is a great guy and is very trustworthy and easy to talk to. He gives great advice for young students who want to stay out of trouble. He always responded very quickly and represented me excellent in court. I would recommend him to anyone, specifically students who need representation.
