I focus on governmental practice and public finance, including representation of school districts, municipalities, authorities, boroughs, townships and other governmental entities. I help public entities develop solutions in the areas of housing law, education law, eminent domain, zoning, planning and land use, among others. I obtained my juris doctor degree from the University of South Carolina Law School and a bachelor of arts from New York University.
