I'm now a felon because hauser told me i would go to jail for yrs upstate if I did not plead guilty on a receiving stolen property case. Without getting into the details of my case and writing a novel it's hard to explain but I wasn't even told what RSP meant (now that I'm in school for law I learned..., and I learned that for someone to be charged, they had to have had no intent on giving said item back. This makes things SO DIFFERENT. One, I was innocent to begin with and he never fought for me, only told me that if I didn't plead guilty I'd go upstate 7 yrs. And he told me yesterday that it undermines my case because I was an addict at the time (10 yrs ago mind you) and I said "so you're stereotyping addicts because I never stole a day in my life" and he replied no "it's not stereotyping its facts" I can't even get over that he had the nerve to say that. He literally thinks he can do no wrong and claims he did no wrong even though he admitted that he doesn't remember my case but yet can come to all these judgements. He wasn't even good as a public defender why would anyone pay money for him??
