Fantastic Service!

I am confused by the previous review on this site as my situation was very similar and attorney Shepley was very knowledgeable and helped me file without issue. Of course my workers comp was exempt as is in accordance with the law, however, as my spouse makes a fairly large income this needed to be i...ncluded because we shared the same household. This was a shock to me that I hadn’t expected, but it made sense so I chose to take his advice. I’m glad I did! Three years recovered and debt free now! Don’t listen to these other jokers reviews, this firm is the REAL deal.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE

Attorney Jeffrey Ross of Harold Shepley & Associates. I paid over $2,300 to have him represent me in my divorce and didn't get represented or divorced. After paying all that money all he wanted to do was drop me most of 2017. He finally dropped me 1 month before the final court date without telling m...e the new hearing date (which he had known for months and was asked about when it would be only to say it wouldn't be until after the 1st of the year}. I found out about it when I received court papers in the mail saying I didn't appear and the judge would render a decision and I would have 30 day to appeal it. Say yourself time and money and hire someone that knows about handling divorces. I am now in the process of hiring a new attorney that will take on the butchering job that Jeff Ross did. His misconduct of handling my divorce is unethical. So much for a Law Firm with good Christian values!! Beware to those even considering that Law Firm!

It is unethical and is not our internal policy to discuss specific details of cases in a public forum such as this. We are aware of the grievances and have met with the client three times in an attempt to discuss them and find a resolution to satisfy the client. Despite our efforts, we were unable to meet the client’s demands and the client has chosen to present the client’s brief version of events in this forum. We take all of our clients, their cases, and their needs seriously. When disputes occur, we make all efforts to resolve them amicably, civilly, and quickly. We strive to provide the best service and experience that we are able to for our clients. We stand behind the manner in which we handled the case and client in question and are confident that the facts of the case support our position.
