Jeff was great to work with in handling my divorce. On our first meeting he mapped out the entire process for us- and did a great job of managing our expectations.
Divorces are no fun, but Jeff made the process painless. Highly recommend.

I have hired Mr. Pollock twice. The first time he handled by divorce, child custody and marital agreement. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind, detailed and prompt. The second time my mother and I hired him to handle a deed transfer. Again, Mr. Pollock was knowledgeable and very prompt. He always returns calls right away and emails within a day or two. He is cooperative and understanding of family situations. I would highly recommend Mr. Pollock to anyone.

I happened to be referred to Attorney Pollock in April to draft my will, durable financial power of attorney, health care POA and living will. In spite of what the most recent review of him said, I trusted ALL of the other reviews.
When I recently retained his services, he did exactly what I asked of him and more! One particularly refreshing part of his law practice was his written fee agreement and verbal explanation to me when we first met that he always refunds any unused portion of a retainer if any unfortunate parting of the ways is due to some error or omission by him.
He also thoroughly reviewed all of my document needs and gave me multiple options which we discussed at great length so that he could be as cost-and-fee-efficient as possible. I found him to be extremely ethical. His knowledge and experience were invaluable. I was also extremely pleased with his responsiveness and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Attorney Pollock and agree with the almost- unanimous endorsements by MANY current and former clients.

I hired Jeff to handle my divorce with equitable distribution issues.
There were several red flags with him early on and I felt like I had to really watch what he was doing. I ended up getting a second, third and forth opinion and they all agreed that my case was being mishandled. I had to retain new counsel and lost my $3200 retainer. My overall impression of Jeff is that while he is well versed and knowledgeable in the law, he is not as gifted nor does he have any interest in doing the work needed to actually audit assets/liabilities and to crunch numbers to come up with a fair equitable distribution which was at the heart of my case. Instead, he would rather negotiate at all cost in general terms. I have found in dealing with my new attorney that there was so much that Jeff was overlooking and I would have lost so much more than my retainer had I stuck it out with him.

My wife and I wanted to set up our wills and living wills and powers of attorney for finances and health care. We found Jeffrey Pollock through an internet search. At a very reasonable cost, we hired him to set up our documents . It was a very positive experience. Jeffrey was efficient, quick with his responses to our email, and very personable. We recommend him without any reservation, and we will consult him in future for any legal help we may need.

I found Mr. Pollock through the NLSA (Legal Aid) program and he did exceptional work. I was very happy to have an attorney of his caliber avail himself to this program and represent me when I was unable to otherwise afford good counsel. He represented me in an initial child support case and I am happy with the settlement. If you are the strong type to know how to negotiate and rebuttal during a settlement, he will complement you very well. He is happy to oblige you to negotiate what things you can think of to ask for on your own. His correspondence to opposing counsel was great and he did have a few tricks up his sleeve which benefited me and the information I was able to utilize in order to advance my position. I am a high needs client sending numerous emails and phone calls (typically on a daily basis) and he always responded to each contact the same day or in less than 24 hours.

I have been in consultation with Attorney Pollock for approximately three years on separate issues. His reply to any contact I made, along with his compassionate and consistent assistance, has helped our family greatly. His advice was sound and helpful!!
Recently, on a matter in which he did not usually represent, he was honest and referred me to another attorney, who also was greatly helpful and kind. It was clear to this family that with his level of dedication and effort, even though we couldn't hire him for a recent matter, we would certainly wish to retain him if need be in the future. Thank you, Attorney Pollock.

I called Mr. Pollock last week to discuss a family matter in which I am involved. I was seeking out of state counsel for my mother. During our initial and only phone conversation, there was never any mention of a consultation fee, nothing. Actually I thought our conversation was very pleasant. I advised Mr. Pollock that I had two other attorneys I was considering and he was the first to call me back. He sent a follow up email with his rates. Still no mention of any consultation fee nor a retainer agreement. Based upon a conversation with another attorney, I had decided that someone else was a better fit for my case. Once I let Mr. Pollock know that I had decided to go in a different direction and I would keep him in mind for the future, he sends me an extremely odd yet somewhat threatening email suggesting that if I don't pay him $50, they he would not be able to keep our phone call confidential. Last time I checked, when you speak to any attorney, there is an automatic attorney-client privilege. I have had dozens of high-profile attorneys in my employ over the past 13 years and never have I once EVER been charged a consultation fee. Nor have I had anyone threaten me to pay them to keep our "42 minute conversation" confidential. Mainly consisting of information regarding his recent cruise he had taken and how the Steelers were doing. Well clearly, Mr. Pollock needed the $50.00. I am so glad I did not hire this person. This just shows the type of person he is and I certainly would not feel comfortable with his representation.
