Mr. Spivak answered my first call well past office hours and he also answered any time that I called. He is always professional and has a heart at the same time. Todd's rates are fair and he does not hide anything from you. Todd would give me several different ways that a situation could be approac...hed and let the decision up to me. He would also let me know if he felt it was the best way to go forward. I never felt pressured. Billing was timely and very detailed. Payment over the phone was also offered.
