Does not answer phone calls or reply to the emails. Hired him to file an appeal but it was dismissed because counsel failed to file the appeal by the deadline. Asked me for money for DNA expert did not get an expert but kept the money. He comes across as genuine and trustworthy but once you pay him ...you will not hear from him again. will not recommend him to anyone.
