TOMPKINS County assigned Jessica Saks to represent me on a family court matter brought against me. I waisted my time and gas to drive to the Watkins Glen Court House to me her. I was appalled to think an attorney would even walk into a court house to meet a client dressed the way she was...that... was my first impression. She reviewed my case and stated she could not win it or get it dismissed. I could have own the case myself if Judge Rowley was not bias against me for years. I was very upset when leaving the court house thinking to myself how did this woman even pass the bar exam. A friend of mine hired Dirk Oudermool, Esq. from Syracuse to represent me as the defendant in this case brought against me by the foster father who adopted my three grandchildren while I fought for them. Dirk did not only win the case, get the order dismissed, but also saw the gross bias that Judge Rowley has against me. Attorney's like Ms. Saks should be responsible for paying the fees when they take a case they can not win. This would get alotvof lazy court appointed attorney's out of our family court system. It is no wonder why are families are being devided by the Family Court System when attorney's like Jessica Saks are being appointed to cases.

I have had Mrs Saks represent me previously in a custody case which had gone in my favor but only because the defendant did not show. But the second time around did not work out the same as Mrs Saks would not Answer my calls or respond to any messages and it was weeks later before I heard back from h...er. So I let her know the date and time court was and had not heard back from her since. I've tried to reach out to her multiple times with no success and in good faith I assumed she would appear at my court case. But she did not appear and left me without a lawyer at court.

Ms. Sax started out good with my case but, then started dragging her feet on my case. Would not enter evidence that was crucial for my case, had no backbone in court. Was almost as if she became lazy and was not worried about my case. She had evidence that would have put my ex in jail and she refused... to enter it into court. She also refused to violate my ex on numerous violations. And when I confronted her about these issues she waited till we went to court and told the judge she could no longer represent me
