One night in a bad snow storm I slid on ice and went off the road. When the police arrived I was arrested for DWI and charged with DWAI as I blew less than .08. Terrified for my future career I wanted to call the best lawyer I had heard of. Ed gave me a generous financial break as I was a college student and my case was easy due to the very little evidence the officer had. He agreed to personally represent me as I was naive and didn't know their reputation was built on several lawyers successes. Ed listened to what I wanted brought up and even though the case seemed like an easy win for him I bawled when the judge said "not guilty" and Ed came out to hug me. He believed in me and was able to prove that me and my driving weren't impaired by alcohol but by the weather. So thankful!

I hired Ed Fiandach after being pulled over for no cause after a big Syracuse game (I have Syracuse plates on my car). The officer asked me if I had been drinking and asked me to step out of the car. I had a couple of drinks with my father along with dinner before the game but stopped drinking several hours prior to driving my father back home. I was not comfortable taking a breathalyzer at the scene because I had never been in this situation and was therefore arrested for DWI. Down at the station, I called and got Ed live on the phone around 1:30 AM. Ed asked me important yes or no questions and advised me to take the breathalyzer without evening retaining him at that point. I blew well under the legal limit for DWI and was released with 4 traffic violations. I hired Ed to fight for me in court particularly for the misdemeanor of failure to breathalyze at the scene. He fought for the dismissal in court based on unconstitutional grounds and won. His expertise, tenacity and caring attitude saved me from a wrongful DWI conviction. He is a top notch attorney who listens, cares and fights for his clients rights and I highly recommend him as an attorney!

Gave me great advice & informed me of a pending appeal of the law that applies to my case. I would never have known this. Now I will wait & see before I take any other action. He was also very personable!

I hired Mr. Fiandach because of his reputation. His actions in the court room proved that he truly lives up to that reputation.
Though my arrest was a first time offense; my situation had extreme exigent circumstances. I was a refusal which I learned makes it much more difficult to make a plea deal. In our county (Monroe) their policy is to NOT offer DWAI pleas to Refusals.
I sincerely considered taking the plea offered; a DWI with the minimum penalties. Mr. Fiandach strongly opposed it due to the lack of evidence against me. However, anyone who is in the unfortunate position as I was, sometimes are not willing to take the risks that attorneys ask of us; after all, in the end, it is US who have to deal with the end result.
Prior to going to trial, I spoke to a few people who had seen Mr. Fiandach perform in the courtroom. The consistent remarks from all of them were to listen to what he says and let him do what he does. Fortunately, I did. The trial went forward and I was able to witness Mr. Fiandach do his thing.
At the end of the trial Mr. Fiandach made an excellent compelling statement that even the judge could not discount. I went from almost taking a DWI plea to having all the DWI related charges completely dismissed.
Obviously I am very pleased with the end result, but above and beyond all that, the other thing I liked about Mr. Fiandach was that he had fairly good communication with me. If anyone has ever had to deal with attorneys, they know that they are some of the hardest people to get through to..... and nothing is worse in a time of personal crisis not being able to talk things over with your attorney.
I can firmly state that if anyone came to me for a recommendation for a DWI lawyer, Ed would be it

I hired Ed to represent my son on a potential felony DWI which we did not think was a fair stop. I have worked for attorneys for over 40 years and Ed has the best reputation of any DWI attorney in the country. Ed's courtroom persona was amazing -- he is one of the smartest lawyers and has the quickest wit I've ever seen. He is just brilliant and I can't say enough about him and the services he personally provided to my son. My son has had to attend some classes and community service but he was facing prison time. Ed is worth every penny he charges.

I hired Ed for a felony DWAI my second in 18 months. I was facing up to a year in jail, drug court, and felony probation. When it was all done I served one day in jail instead of of one year! As well I did not have to be in drug court I only got probation! This is the second time I have hired Ed Fiandach in 2004 he got me off scott free for a DWI. Thank you so much ED, you are the magic man!

Back in May of 2015 I got charged with a felony DWI. Embarrassed and ashamed of myself I knew I needed one heck of a good lawyer that was very experienced in DWI'S. I couldn't be happier in that I retained Fiandach & Fiandach to represent me. It's been almost a year and I'm still fighting my case with ease knowing Ed and his team are the best lawyers possible. I've seen an actual bench trial while I was awaiting and Mr. Rath tore apart the officer as the court room was literally laughing at the arresting officer. They have been open and honest every step of the way and never for a minute did they make me feel less of a person for my poor decision to drink and drive. They have given me the upmost respect and are very professional. They are friendly, on time and ready at every single court appearance thus far. I am relieved to know that I'm in good hands and I will give an update as to the final conclusion of my case. A huge thank you to your firm Ed as you clearly exceeded my expectations!
PS: IF YOUVE MADE A WRONG CHOICE MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE BY CONTACTING FIANDACH & FIANDACH, I PROMISE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! MONEY WELL SPENT!!!!!!!!

Back in the Fall of 2015 I was arrested for DWI first offense and pleaded not guilty. I was initially not offered and type of plea other than DWI and all the penalties that go along with that charge. About my fourth appearance at court before trial I was offered a violation charge of DWAI. I decided to go for it and I now know I hired the right lawyer to defend me.

I have had the pleasure of hiring Edward Fiandach in the past. When I was stopped this time, I had little hope for getting help. This charge was a misdemeanor, however, with my past convictions, things did not look good. Ed and his team of attorneys were willing to take this case. They were very up front with what I could expect and what I needed to do. Unfortunately, I was looking at several surgeries which left me under the care of a visiting nurse. I'm still looking at another surgery in January. Because of the medical conditions, and with the great help from Ed Fiandach, I was given probation. Thank you for your belief and concern you have shown me. I would highly recommend Edward Fiandach. He is definitely the best.

I found myself in the unfortunate circumstances where I needed to hire a DWI attorney and I'm glad I chose Fiandach and Fiandach. Ed and his team were great at explaining the process, answering my questions, and keeping me informed throughout the process. During the pre-trial hearing the judge ruled to suppress all evidence (basically dismissing the case) all due to strong work/performance of Ed's team member during the hearing). However, the DA appealed to the county court and, due to no fault of Ed or his team, my case was prolonged for over two years. Throughout the whole process, Ed and his team were very responsive, did all that they could to help me stay patient, and pushed through until the case was just finally dismissed! I'm fortunate that everything will be erased from my record so it won't effect my career or my family in the future. A very hard lesson to learn but I'm grateful that, because of the work of Ed and his team, I will not have a criminal record.
