I had been fighting with my ex for far too long trying to get a divorce. No matter who I talked to, everyone was certain that this divorce was going to be a long, drawn out process because he was not co-operating with me. My mother (who has also retained Mark's services) referred me to Mark, and not only was he able to free me from a 6 year separation, but he did so without an exorbitant price tag included. He was very compassionate, understanding how upset I was with the situation, and always kept me well informed of what was going on when, where we were with the situation, what he was going to do and how we were going to go about things. So I was never in the dark about what was happening with my case.
Mark was a total Godsend to helping to move my life forward!

Mark helped me with a complex family court case which eventually was taken to Supreme court as a divorce proceeding . My case was complicated because of multicultural, religious and extended family dynamics but Mark had open mind and he listened, researched and tried to incorporate and attend to the values that were important to me in legal proceedings .
I appreciate his professionalism and maintaining a respectful yet firm standing throughout the case . He clearly knew to pick the right battles despite provocative communications from opposite council and did not waste time and effort in unnecessary communication.
Overall , he is not only a strong advocate with great communication skills but also a respectful, personable and understanding person.
Appreciate your help -Thanks Mark !!

So I choose mr. Bezinque based on these reviews on this site. I retained him for my divorce. I found him taking weeks to respond to inquiries. Sending you other responses and not being available to talk or email for a couple weeks when you are challenged by opposing council. It is a crappy and helpless feeling. Very quick to answer your call when you are interviewing him to be your attorney, impossible to get a hold of him after you retain him. I changes attorneys and he did not transfer full files that I spent a lot of time and energy compiling for him. He did know how to charge and also over charged when I left for another attorney. I called and reached out via email to discuss...of course, no return call. I think the majority of these reviews are likely friends or family.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Mark and I have been opposing counsel on numerous cases. It is always a welcome relief to know that Mark is representing the other party in a family law matter, because I know that, although he will strongly advocate for his client, he is able to do so with a sense of fairness and a desire to cause no further harm to an already stressful situation. I highly endorse this lawyer.
