Great Experience . Thank you Jim

I was pulled over for a cell phone ticket..I have a clean record and drive for a living. It has high points in NYS and high fines. Jim was able to get my points reduced..and lower my fine. He was very easy to get in touch with..responded to emails an calls and was very down to earth..I would go to hi...m again..hope I dont need to but I would send anyone I know to him as well..

Excelleennntt!!!!!

I posted for some help on here a while ago. I contacted a lawyer in regards to the advice I received. I found James Riotto on Google, and let me tell you I am beyond happy! Such an amazing job. He kicked butt. He was on my case quick, answered every one of my questions right away, always made sure I ...was well informed and understood. Took my case as I was a person, not just a number. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!!

Knows his stuff

Jim knows how to make the system work for you and stands up for you against the ticketing racketeers. When the court / clerk made errors, Jim was right on top of it to make sure that it had the maximum benefit for the resolution of my situation. He is sharp and knows how to achieve the advantage f...or his clients. I would definitely use him again.

Pistol Permit denial

Mr. Riotto and his paralegal, Lindsey, did an excellent job representing me for a pistol permit denial. He attended two hearings and completed an appeal on my behalf which resulted in a favorable outcome for me. Mr. Riotto did excellent work for a fair price.
