Incredibly Helpful

After recieving a ticket for the use of a fradulent license, my actual New York State License was supposed to be revoked for an entire year. Mr. Riotto got the punishment reduced to a 90-day restricted use license, which allowed me to continue commuting to school and working. He was incredibly helpfu...l through the entire process, letting me know exactly what was going on every step of the way. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was greatly minimized thanks to Mr. Riotto.

Great Lawyer

I live in Atlanta, GA and my employer found some outstanding arrest warrants from 7 years earlier when I lived in Rochester. To keep my job I needed to get these issues wrapped up quickly. I did a Google search for attorneys up there and Jim was the first I saw. After speaking with him for just a few... min I knew he was the guy I wanted. It was after lunch on a Friday when I paid him and within 2 hours he called me back with the info I needed and the game plan. Within a matter of days there were conference dates and court dates set up. This dude worked fast. He never made me feel like he was holding back and he never hit me up for more cash. He was straight up the whole time. His staff Michelle, Lindsay and Chelsea were amazing at their jobs and any questions or concerns I had (which were many) were handled professionally and with compassion. I've dealt with dozens of attorneys and have never had one that even came close to communicating the way Jim and his office staff did. Emails or phone calls were returned the same day always. It was easy to get in contact with Jim when I needed him. I was in a courtroom within a couple months of my initial phone call and I walked out with no warrants and I get to keep my job. Jim works fast, takes his clients seriously, has above average communication and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anybody in Rochester seeking legal counsel.

Very Professional and Courteous!

After a recent speeding ticket, I promptly contacted The Law Office of James L. Riotto and was immediately assured by Mr. Riotto that it wouldn’t be a problem for him to handle my case (even though the county was very far south). After a few short exchanges of email with Mr. Riotto in order to send ...him the documentation, he took this matter on and I was able to wash my hands of it. I did not have to worry about follow-up as he was in constant contact with me regarding the status of my ticket and it was swiftly wrapped up with a favorable outcome! His entire staff has been very helpful, professional, and courteous through the whole process. I’m hoping that I won’t have to retain his services again but in the unfortunate situation that I do have to, I am very happy and relieved to know that I have a professional team to represent me! Quick, honest and effective. Thank you jim

This guy corrected issues plaguing me from 1999. Issues i had while trying to transport a vehicle i just purchased. I got pulled over with plates from my other car And no insurance,inspection, registration and insurance. I didn't go to court and they suspended my license. I then got pulled over twic...e while suspended. He reduced all charges to zero-point violations in all of the courts. He did this very quickly at an incredibly low cost while I was stuck in arizona. All charges turned into small fines. Even the fines amounted to no more than a few hundred bucks between all of the different courts after he had all those charges reduced. He was honest and diligent. I must also say that lindsey was very helpful, keeping me posted on every development as it happened. James riotto saved me alot of money. Thanks jim and lindsey. I will recommend your services to everyone i know.

You will not be disappointed

Nothing but professionalism and follow-up every step of the process. Was able to completely fight my traffic tickets and get them removed from my record. I strongly suggest you give this office a call.
