Excellence in Business Ethics and Professionalism

I was denied employment two days before my projected start date due to having too many violations on my driving record to be eligible. Desperate, I reached out to a hand full of traffic offices in the Rochester area only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Within 30 minutes of calling th...e law office of James Riotto, I was contacted by Lindsey Pieper. After explaining my situation to her, she immediately informed me of what could be done. Knowing my short time frame she quickly put the plan of action into place. In a matter of one week she helped resolve my case and clear up the restrictions on my driving record to make me eligible for employment again. I couldn't be more thankful for what Lindsey was able to do for me. I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge of the traffic system. She was very reliable throughout the process by staying in constant contact with me and always responding to my questions and concerns in a timely manner to reassure our progress. I would highly recommend the law office of James Riotto for any of your traffic needs. I would like to personally thank Lindsey for her hard work and resilience which, allowed me to get back to work.

World Class Customer Service

I can't say it enough, the customer service and communication skills upheld by this office are beyond impressive. Professional, personable and friendly, Mr. Riotto has been amazing and helped me beyond words. I have already and will continue to recommend anyone in a bind to reach out to his offic...e! Speeding Ticket

Mr. Riotto was extremely helpful dealing with my speeding ticket. I decided to search for an attorney at the last minute and I could not have made a better choice! He helped in a very timely fashion and I was exceptionally pleased with the outcome of the ticket (a 6 point ticket was reduced to a 0 po...ints.) I would highly recommend him!

traffic matter

Mr.Riotto handled my speeding ticket issue and came up with excellent result which was dismissal of my speeding ticket with no point. Besides, I was answered all my questions promptly and in a friendly manner. Therefore, I highly recommend Mr. Riotto.

James was very helpful with all of my questions and he delivered excellent results. (he got my speeding ticket 68 in a 30 dismissed)
