Highly Recommended Lawyer

Pulled over for doing 54/30. I was pretty worried about it as I have been working very hard to keep my record clean and my insurance premium as low as possible. Being an international student with no U.S. person to piggyback on their insurance policy (like what most teenagers and young adults do) mea...ns that you're looking to pay nearly a hundred a month for just liability & several hundreds if opting for comprehensive. Thankfully, Mr. Riotto was able to get my 6-point 54/30 reduced to a 3-point 35/30 and believe me, after doing some research, that's a HUGE difference (when you account for the $300 driver responsibility assessment, heftier fine & a guaranteed spike in your insurance premium). Now, as far as I can see, I will need to re-new my defensive driver course (which expires soon) and that should take care of the 3-points. Once again, thank you very much for taking my case and turning the outcome to my favor!

Quick and painless

Mr. Riotto was able to reduce my ticket from a 3 point moving violation down to a 0 point parking violation with a small fine, which has saved both my (previously pristine) driving record, and my insurance rates. The entire process was fast and painless, and either he or his secretary made sure that ...I stayed fully informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. Riotto to anyone that requires a lawyer for a traffic violation!

Very helpful and great lawyer

I would highly recommend him ! He reduced my tickets from a total of 14 points to 2. They were very helpful and all the secretaries were very kind.

Mr. Riotto was not only extremely comforting during a very challenging period, but he was also incredibly helpful and knew the law inside and out with my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel. His staff was always very welcoming and positive and his efforts were above and... beyond. If it weren't for him I would have been dealing with a lot more challenges. I am forever grateful I found him and could get both the emotional and legal support I needed to get though a tough situation. I cannot speak enough about his fluency in the courtroom and I would recommend him to anyone.
