I could not say enough praise for Susan Duke. She just led me through a very complicated, difficult divorce. She responded almost immediately to any question I had, was very well prepared for our trial, and took my case VERY SERIOUSLY. She was committed from start to finish and I would recommend her ...skill, talent and work ethic to anyone who needs legal help. She is also very honest about issues and does not try to drag things out to get more billable hours!!!

My family has hired Susan Duke on more then one occassions, and for several diffent reasons. She has always been professional, and very Helpful to us. In Custody cases she is in tune with the emotions involved and is respectful in that manner. She is aggressive in the court room and knows exact...ly what to do. I have hired her for Child Support cases as well, and she and her office staff, have a way of making difficult situations less stressful. My family has hired her for a Bankruptcy case, and as difficult as that was, she was always very organized and very informed of the laws. I would have to say that Susans attention to detail and her thoroughness is one of her many strong suits. There has never been a time in the many many years I have hired Susan for, that she was not always available to me to confir with or consult with, and often on an urgent matters.

Susan stood by me & my daughter the entire time I was fighting for full custody of my daughter, as well as having all rights assigned to just me. She explained everything to me in full detail. Susan explained in full detail to the judge of why my daughter would be better off with just me (mother). I ...still contact Susan with any questions or concerns I have and she is prompt in how quickly she returns my calls or messages. I highly recommend Susan Duke if you want your case won or done right!

I'm not one of those who put up review online about anything but after going through divirce, i like to put in my 2 cents about this attorney. Maybe it's not limited to just Susan Duke but things were often vaguely explained. After it was done, i asked for advices/help regarding bad behaviors coming ...from my ex and she kept responding my ex cant behave like that.. The thing was she was. After getting no help from her, i talked to another lawyer and realized my options in terms of how to deal with ex who keeps changing custody plan or challenging divorce decree. It's biased process to go through as a man to begin with but gotta have some one who's on your side completely. I'm posting this after so many sleepless nights due to stress coming from feeling doomed and cornered untill i hired a new lawyer.
