I was detained in Batavia detention center. I contacted literally 5 other attorneys and they all said that there wasn’t going to be a postive outcome give up things aren’t going to go your way. They all wanted thousands of dollars. I even retained 3 attorneys who took advantage of a vulnerable situat...ion. My family girlfriend and myself was loosing hope. I’ve lived in the United States since I was a child. I ran into some legal matters that I never new would cause me to be in the state I was In. I was ordered removed 7 years ago but never realized the reality of time and how this matter needed to be addressed Mrs McLean was amazing called requested my prior file and new the ins and outs of the laws and requested all immagration proceedings to be terminated. With no light at the end of the tunnel this attorney believed and felt confident. I would 100 percent request and recommend this attorney to everyone dealing with immigration issues. She new the criminal laws and saw a positive outlook

4 years ago my husband was put into the deportation process to go back to Haiti for something he did 27 years ago as a young man. When he was first detained I had no clue what was happening, and why it was happening. I spent thousands of dollars on consultations with lawyers who where over priced, an...d didn't seem to have anything good to say about my husbands case. I was told by a couple of the lawyers his best bet was to voluntarily depart from the US to avoid being banned for over a decade! I was extremely afraid and uneasy with this because we have a child, a family, and he's an amazing person, and father despite his mishaps 27 years ago. I finally by the grace of god found Siana and she gave me hope, and when I say hope I mean with every word she gave me hope!!! It was like everything that I feared most was lifted, and I could finally breath even though I was still afraid of him being deported. She had nothing negative to say about my case and she definitely did not recommend him return to Haiti and not fight his case here in the US to remain with his son, and family.
