Mrs Mclean was extremely professional even when faced with obstacle after obstacle in my case, I was facing immediate deportation due to not one but two previous orders of removal. I was detained in an ICE detention facility with limited resources she still agreed to take on my case. She asked for my... release on several occasions and after each denial of those request continued to submit and resubmit requests until I was eventually released. In November of 2019 my removal case was successfully dismissed with the continued help of Mrs Mclean & after filing for adjustment of status in 2019 I received my greencard in November of 2020. When my husband, and I first started this journey with immigration, and deportation we where left hopeless. We contacted so many over priced lawyers who told us that we would not win our case, and my best bet would be for my husband to return home voluntarily . 27 years ago my husband made a very stu...pid decision and in immigrations eyes was a very serious crime. 4 years ago my husband was put into the deportation process to go back to Haiti for something he did 27 years ago as a young man. When he was first detained I had no clue what was happening, and why it was happening. I spent thousands of dollars on consultations with lawyers who where over priced, an...d didn't seem to have anything good to say about my husbands case. I was told by a couple of the lawyers his best bet was to voluntarily depart from the US to avoid being banned for over a decade!
