The best impression I had of Ms. McLean was when I first emailed her to ask about tourist visa extension and getting a green card and she replied to my ACTUAL question, instead of sending the generic "call my office to schedule an appointment so we can discuss" kind of answer. Throughout the whole process of applying and waiting for my green card she's always answered all my questions in timely fashion and was able to quide me on what I should do.
