Mr. Shaw was an excellent lawyer. He did exactly what he said he would do!! I was very nervous throughout this process and not ever dealing with court or any lawyers in this area before made me very scared, and he always made sure to let me know everything would be just fine. He was very reassuring ...which meant a lot to me. He was very reasonable and worked with me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal representation!!! There are many options when it comes to choosing a lawyer. Every day it can seem as if advertisements are all around you, engulfing you in a sea of promises and promotions. Richard shaw is an amazing lawyer! I recommend him to anyone that has any court cases in his area of expertise. I had hired Richard Shaw a few times. The first time, years ago a friend I was with was shoplifting and I had no idea. After I cashed out & paid for my things I was taken with my friend and... arrested for shoplifting since we walked out of the store together. I hired Mr. Shaw and he got all my charges dropped and off my record. A few months ago I had a bench warrant for not paying my fine, and also for not completing 75 hours of community service that I was supposed to pay and complete over a year ago. Not a good situation seeing as it has been so long and judges hate that! I again hired Mr. Shaw he called the detective that put the warrant out for me and arranged a date that was good for myself to go turn myself in. He met me at the police station, and waited in the court room for me. I got off with only a fine and a few hours of community service. I'll be honest I should have been arrested and I should have either went to jail or post bail and get a much worse punishment! Richard Shaw is the best! I know many people who have used him and they all said amazing things! If your looking for a great lawyer who is good at what he does you found him!

I recently got into a bit of trouble on a trip to Buffalo. I hadn't been in trouble with the law in I'm not sure how many years. I can't even recall the last time I got a traffic violation. Well needless to say, we all make mistakes and if it wasn't for Richard, I could have been in a lot more troubl...e. I live very far away from Buffalo and Richard was able to provide an affadavit saving me tons of time and money for appearing in court.
