I could not have asked for a better lawyer. John was professional and prepared. He talked me through everything and got me the best possible deal. The communication was amazing, I never felt out of the loop or left behind. He made sure I understood each step in the process and continually reassured me. He was amazing. I would definitely recommend him!

I was arrested under suspicion of DWI at about 3am after a Saturday night party in June 2011 and taken to a police station for processing. At 4:30am I contacted Attorney John Nelson for legal advice regarding whether or not to submit to a Blood Alcohol test. Not only did John advise me about my options, but he showed up at the police station at 4:45am to provide further advice. Upon arrival, he was put in a waiting area where he remained for the next 30 minutes until it became clear that officers would not allow us to talk until my arraignment, which was scheduled for the same morning. After gathering all of the information about my options, I decided not to submit to the blood alcohol test and was charged with a refusal as well. Attorney Nelson was at the court at 6:30am that morning to assist me in my arraignment and to provide legal advice. As a result of Attorney Nelson coming to the police station and diligent research of the law, I was acquitted of the refusal and given my license back after the 90 day suspension, rather than losing my license for an entire year. Attorney John Nelson is highly knowledgeable, driven, and dedicated. I would recommend him to anyone who looking for an attorney who will go above and beyond in support of his clients and fairness to the law.

I have had several lawyers represent me in the past. None like lawyer John Nelson. Mr. Nelson is very egar, out going, dedicated, and hard working attorney. There is no unsettled feelings or douts after you hire Mr. Nelson. Attorney John Nelson is very honest and straight forward with his clients. What Mr. Nelson says he's going to do for you he means. This is one of his best qualities in my eyes. I have complete faith in Mr.Nelson. He's the best attorney I've ever had represent me. I feel very confident in recomending him to anyone! No matter the case. Hiring him was money well spent. Not just on one occasion, but all occasions. I've hired him several times, and I'd do it again in a heart beat! So give attorney John Nelson a chance. You won't regret it, I haven't!
Nikole Wynn, Speeding and traffic ticket Attorney
John Nelson is a stellar attorney. I have witnessed him in practice and interacting with clients, and I have to say, he goes above and beyond what is required of an attorney. He is dedicated to providing his clients with the best defense available and he truly lives up to the term “zealous advocacy.” Not only is John an excellent attorney, but he is a well-rounded individual and has been a personal mentor to me as well. Although we no longer work in the same office, I still look to John as a source of guidance and information. John has gone out of his way to help me gain experience in local courts and his insight has been invaluable. I highly recommend John for any criminal matter.
