I was kept informed
I was kept informed with everything going on in my case. They were always calling and giving me information. I always knew what was going on.

Everybody was very kind and efficient
You updated and contacted me frequently. I always had someone to talk to about what I was going through. You guys clarified everything and put it simply so I could understand it. It was incredibly helpful. I have some memory issues and things had to be repeated and you guys were very patient about it...
