I was hit twice within 2 months. My 2nd case settled quick. My first case has been hanging for 2 years. I had neck and lumbar surgeries, lost my job, my 401k and my healthcare benefits. My neck injury was from the first accident, broadsided. My auto insurance, medical, is maxed out and I need 2 more ...surgeries. My work disability has cancelled me, cause that's what they do. No income, no healthcare, and I called 10 days ago and got no call back. I feel like they're letting the defendant's insurance company call the shots. Meanwhile, I'm in severe pain and can't get treatment or pay for medical treatment. I'm very disappointed. I expected more for the money they will get.

So, I hired this law firm, for a simple rear-end collision. After two different lawyers, my case was dropped. I settled the case pro-se. They had the nerve, to send a money lien, for FEES incurred, to the insurance company, and I had to pay them. I've asked for them back. No word from Mr Mattar. They... are guilty of False Advertising. DONT HIRE THEM. Update. I gave this firm a chance to redeem themselves. I offered them another case in April if 2023. They were rude, and interrupted me . I asked that a manager call back. He too was rude. Don't waste your time with this one. Hello Mr Mattaar. You need to hire better people to assess your cases. They are losing you money.

Person at his office took all my information I was told to hold the phone person came back stated could not take my case.
