A native of Western New York, I moved to Seattle after graduating from law school and instantly became enamored by the area’s natural beauty, outdoor activities, and diverse people. After 17 memorable years in the PNW, I'm happy to be back home in Buffalo, NY. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working on my home, cooking, trying new restaurants and wineries, being outdoors, traveling beyond and volunteering in my community.
I have over 10 years’ experience representing condominium and homeowner associations throughout Washington, both in the boardroom and in the courtroom. I have worked with clients to successfully resolve hundreds of disputes around property rights, corporate governance, assessments, fair housing, amendments to covenants/CC&R’s, landlord/tenant issues, and purchasing and selling residential real estate.
I also have over 15 years’ experience in the restaurant industry that ignited my passion for food and wine, and I bring that same passion to small businesses in the beverage industry; providing legal advice around licensing and regulatory compliance, business formation, trademark, and real estate.
